    Customer details, items, quantities, and prices are formatted for Collmex.

  3. Apply your rules

    The integration validates the data and applies your business rules.

  4. Create the order in Collmex

    The validated order is transferred through the Collmex API.

01Which Shopify plan do I need?

Shopify Grow, Advanced, or Plus is required to transfer orders using the Shopify Flow Send HTTP request action. Before implementation, we also verify the triggers, approvals, and functions required for your order workflow. View Shopify requirements

02Which Collmex plan is required?

Collmex Pro is required to process customer orders via the API. Before implementation, we also verify the data, user permissions, and functions required by the specific order workflow. View the Collmex product comparison

03What happens when data is missing or an error occurs?

We define which data is validated before transfer and which cases require review by your team. Logging, notifications, and handling repeated transfers are also developed to fit the agreed workflow.

04Can the integration be extended later?

Yes. Processing logic is organized centrally so that new rules and workflows can be added in a maintainable way. Specific extensions depend on your requirements and the available Shopify and Collmex functions. We agree on the scope of each addition with you.
