Systems & hardware

Software and physical technology conceived as one system

We connect applications, devices, networks and controllers into dependable end-to-end systems – designed for the real workflow, the operating environment and ongoing operation.

What we deliver

Technical building blocks for connected systems

We do not provide standard workplace IT. We design and integrate the applications, computing resources, devices and connections required by a specific technical workflow.

    • Remote access

Typical starting points

When technology needs to do more than its individual parts

Much of the technology is often already in place. The key is to bring applications, computing, devices and operations together into one dependable workflow.

How to recognize itWhat we do
  1. 01Existing technology

Existing technology needs to take on a new role

Printers, scanners, signal lights or other components are already available, but still operate outside the actual workflow.

    What we do
    1. Assess existing components and their condition for suitability
    2. Connect devices and interfaces around the intended workflow
    3. Define interactions, responsibilities and responses clearly
  2. 02Local processing

Data needs to be processed securely on site

AI models, documents or large data volumes need to remain local for privacy, availability or performance reasons.

    What we do
    1. Size computing capacity around the data volume and task
    2. Build local processing with suitable data storage
    3. Implement access, data paths and protection requirements deliberately
  3. 03System state

States and failures cannot be tracked centrally

Individual components work, but states, handovers and failures cannot be understood in one place.

    What we do
    1. Make handovers between systems and devices transparent
    2. Capture system states centrally and document them transparently
    3. Detect and report failures and state changes clearly
  4. 04Operational resilience

Operations only work under ideal conditions

Issues are detected late, while failures of networks, services or devices interrupt the entire workflow.

    What we do
    1. Protect critical functions against device and connection failures
    2. Provide defined fallback workflows for expected disruptions
    3. Enable secure remote access for maintenance and fault analysis

System understanding

A system only works when every layer works together

Quality is not determined by the number of components. What matters is whether existing technology, interaction and ongoing operation are considered together.

  1. 01

    Existing assets & location

Reuse existing technology where it makes sense

We assess which components are already available and whether their condition, performance and protection suit the new task and actual operating location.

  2. 02

    Architecture & interaction

    Connect components under real conditions

Applications, interfaces, data paths and devices are designed as one system and tested against realistic workflows.

  3. 03

    Operation & monitoring

    Keep ongoing operation transparent

Monitoring, secure access and defined failure states keep local technology and central services manageable over time.

From operating environment to running system

Components become one dependably operable system

We do not plan isolated components. We coordinate applications, hardware, networks and ongoing operations – from the operating environment through to continuous monitoring.

Discuss your system project
  1. 01

    Operating environment

    Understand the process and environment

We examine the operating location, existing technology, network conditions and the people who will use the system.

  2. 02

    System plan

    Make dependencies visible

Data paths, devices, local services, power and fallback states are designed as one coherent system.

  3. 03

    Build

    Implement integrated components

Software, controllers, hardware and secure infrastructure are built together and tested before installation.

  4. 04

    Commissioning

    Test, document and hand over

On site, we test the full process, document states and create a dependable basis for operation and future development.

Frequently asked questions

What matters for connected systems

Hardware projects begin with the process in which the technology must work reliably, not with a device.

01Do you also handle installation on site?

Yes, when it is part of the project. We plan the setup, prepare components and support commissioning and testing at the real operating location.

02Can you connect existing machinery and devices?

Often, yes. We first assess interfaces, protocols, security requirements and the condition of the existing technology.

03Do you also design local servers for an application?

Yes, when processing, privacy, data volume or availability make local infrastructure the right choice. We then design computing capacity, networking, security and operations around the application – for example for on-site AI document processing.

04What happens if the internet connection fails?

That is considered in the architecture. Depending on the process, local functions, queues and defined fallback states can protect operations.

05Is remote maintenance possible?

Yes. Secure access, monitoring and transparent logging can be planned so that issues are detected and many tasks can be handled remotely.
