Software, AI & automation

We build what off-the-shelf software cannot

We develop custom applications, AI-powered functions and automations for processes that off-the-shelf software cannot represent reliably or sensibly.

What we build

Digital tools built around day-to-day work

From internal applications to connected systems. The technology is not the point; what matters is which work becomes simpler, faster or more dependable.

Core solution

One system instead of more disconnected tools

We connect interfaces, logic, data and existing systems into one continuous workflow. The result is not an isolated application, but a tool people can genuinely use across the business.

A strong fit when
  • Off-the-shelf software misses essential steps
  • Information has to be transferred more than once
  • Recurring tasks consume valuable time
  • AI needs to fit into an existing workflow

Typical starting points

Where custom software creates tangible relief

You do not need finished requirements or a chosen technology. What matters is where work stalls, information gets lost or off-the-shelf software no longer reflects the real process.

  1. 01Repetitive work

When people repeat the same steps again and again

Data is transferred between systems, documents are created according to fixed rules and statuses are maintained manually.

    What we do
    1. Capture rules, exceptions and responsibilities together
    2. Model steps and decisions as a robust end-to-end process
    3. Automate the process transparently while keeping it controllable
  2. 02Disconnected systems

When information gets stuck between tools and devices

Information is exported, passed on by email or maintained in several places in parallel.

    What we do
    1. Review existing systems, data paths and responsibilities
    2. Connect suitable interfaces without replacing processes that already work
    3. Safeguard handovers, failure cases and system states reliably
  3. 03Unstructured information

When emails, documents or conversations trigger work

Content has to be read, classified and then transferred into other systems, tasks or decisions.

    What we do
    1. Structure content, decision criteria and required outcomes
    2. Integrate AI processing into the workflow in a controlled and traceable way
    3. Pass results to existing systems and responsible teams
  4. 04A core process of your own

When standard software cannot represent the decisive workflow

Spreadsheets, auxiliary processes and detours permanently compensate for what existing applications cannot represent.

    What we do
    1. Define the core process and the actual scope of the application
    2. Develop interface and logic around the way people really work
    3. Plan operations, maintainability and useful extensions from the start

Built around your work

Every solution is different. Our standard stays the same

Technology is not the objective. What matters is that an application remains understandable, accounts for exceptions and fits into existing processes.

  1. 01

    Analysis

    Understand process and data

Requirements, participants, data sources and exceptions become a robust functional model.

    • Clarify goals
    • Map processes
    • Structure data
    • Review exceptions
    • Assess MVP need
  2. 02

    Architecture

    Choose the right structure

Interfaces, data storage, security and operating model are aligned with the actual need.

  3. 03

    Development

    Build in sensible stages

Working increments create clarity early and allow feedback before unnecessary effort accumulates.

    3. Sprint 03Expand selectively
  4. 04

    Review & Handover

    Review and hand over safely

Code reviews, tests, documentation and a clear handover safeguard the solution beyond the ideal path.

Technologies

Tools follow the task. Not the other way around

We use technologies where they reliably represent the workflow, integrate cleanly with existing systems and remain manageable over time. The actual need determines which tools are used.

Three questions before choosing

  1. 01
    Does it fit the work?

The actual workflow determines which capabilities the solution needs.

  2. 02
    Does it fit the environment?

Existing systems, data and operating conditions are considered.

  3. 03
    Will it remain future-ready?

Maintainability, security and sensible extensions are considered from the outset.

Frequently asked questions

What custom development needs to deliver

Not every task needs AI and not every idea has to begin as a large system.

01When is custom software worthwhile?

When standard software represents core processes only through workarounds, creates many manual handovers or when a proprietary process offers a real competitive advantage.

02Does a new application have to be complete from day one?

No. A clearly scoped first version is often more useful. It produces real insight and can then be extended deliberately.

03Do you also take on AI-generated MVPs and prototypes?

Yes. We first assess the existing state, architecture, security and maintainability. We then decide together whether the current foundation can be developed further, should be stabilized in a targeted way or requires individual parts to be rebuilt.

04Do you also develop existing systems further?

Yes. We assess existing applications and interfaces and decide together whether extending, complementing or rebuilding them cleanly is the better route.

05Can sensitive data be processed with AI?

That depends on the data, model and operating setup. We consider privacy and security in the architecture and can plan local or controlled models where needed.
