Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs – except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us – without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your communication concerning your withdrawal from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiration of the right of withdrawal
For contracts concerning digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract after you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period had expired, acknowledged that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we provided you with confirmation of the contract.
For service contracts, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that before performance began you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period had expired and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would expire upon full performance of the contract.
