Consulting & process analysis

We show where processes waste time and create unnecessary work

We examine processes on site, speak with the people who work with them every day and assess what can be improved through existing systems, clearer workflows or targeted additions.

Our approach

From an observed process to a sound decision

We do not start with a predetermined solution. We examine the day-to-day work, document the actual process and develop approaches that make sense from an operational, technical and economic perspective.

  1. 01

    Understand processes on site

We speak with the people involved and observe the process where it actually takes place – including roles, handovers and exceptions.

    Documented current process
  2. 02

    Identify problems and causes

We examine unnecessary steps, system breaks, duplicate data capture and unclear ownership – not just the visible symptoms.

    Identified causes
  3. 03

    Develop solution approaches

We assess whether clearer processes, existing functions, automation, interfaces or custom software will create the greatest value.

    Evaluated solution approaches
  4. 04

    Prepare IT implementation

We prioritize the appropriate measures and describe the next steps so they can become a concrete implementation initiative.

From current process to target state

How observations become a solution approach

The comparison shows how we translate a mapped process into a possible target state. This target state provides a sound foundation for further IT planning.

Consulting outcome

Clarity for the decisions ahead

The consultation creates a shared view of the process and makes decisions easier to understand. This helps you use time, budget and internal resources more effectively.

01

Clarity about where action is needed

You can see where processes waste time, information gets lost or responsibilities remain unclear.

  • Identify bottlenecks and expose time losses
  • Understand causes and assess symptoms
  • Identify dependencies and anticipate effects
  • Identify risks and avoid poor decisions
02

Confidence in prioritization

You know which changes will deliver the greatest value and the order in which they should be addressed.

03

Decisions that are easy to explain

You can explain the recommendations internally and align the decisions that follow with everyone involved.

Frequently asked questions

What matters before a process analysis

You do not need a finished specification or a predetermined technology to get started.

01Do we already need to know exactly what solution we need?

No. An open question is often the most useful starting point. We help separate the problem, the goal and the possible routes.

02Does the analysis take place on site?

When physical processes, hardware or several working areas are involved, an on-site visit is often useful. Other topics can be handled entirely remotely.

03What will we receive from the analysis?

You receive a documented current process, evaluated solution approaches and prioritized recommendations. This makes it clear where action is needed, which changes will deliver the greatest value and what should be addressed first.

04Does Enwikuna have to implement the solution afterward?

No. The analysis stands on its own and can also be implemented by another team. In general, however, we recommend continuing implementation with us because our solution approaches are based on the analysis and our experience with comparable processes, allowing us to continue without having to learn the context again.
