01Challenge
The starting point was an extensive Excel file and a broad product concept for the AI-assisted evaluation of Automotive SPICE processes. Within a tight timeframe, this needed to become a demonstrable MVP that could be presented at CES in Las Vegas and explored with potential users.
02Implementation
The existing assessment model and intended use cases were first structured and translated into a consistent interaction concept. This became a functional MVP with realistic test data and separate views for automotive manufacturers and suppliers. The digital interface makes assessments, process areas and results easier to understand without exposing the underlying domain logic through unwieldy spreadsheets. A focused delivery process ensured that the prototype was ready for presentation despite the tight schedule.

The Excel-based idea became an interactive MVP that makes the planned digital Automotive SPICE evaluation tangible from the perspectives of manufacturers and suppliers. This allowed the customer to test clarity and interest among potential users and base further product decisions on concrete feedback.
