From problem to solution

01Challenge

The steadily growing collection of Word, Excel and PDF templates had become difficult to keep up to date and review reliably through manual work alone. At the same time, new content needed to reach the community quickly without compromising the descriptions, preview images or quality of the templates.

02Implementation

The project began with an analysis of the existing content, technical environment and publishing process. This formed the basis for an extensible architecture that processes different file formats automatically and connects directly to WordPress. The application converts new templates, analyzes their content with AI and generates suitable descriptions and preview images. Files that cannot be identified reliably or that raise quality concerns are routed to a focused manual review before the application schedules, publishes, updates or removes the relevant posts.

Outcome

What improved in everyday work

The platform now manages the template collection largely on its own and significantly reduces the manual effort involved in preparation, review and publication. Consistent workflows improve the quality of the posts while allowing the number of available templates to continue growing. This gives the owner more time to identify and source useful new content for the community.
