Transfer orders

New WooCommerce orders are created automatically as sales orders in Collmex, so you do not have to enter them twice.

Synchronize order status

As soon as a sales order is completed in Collmex, WooMex automatically completes the related WooCommerce order as well.

Create and send invoices

WooMex creates invoices and cancellation invoices for transferred sales orders in Collmex and sends them to your customers.

Transfer payment confirmations

When a payment is confirmed in WooCommerce, WooMex automatically sends that information to Collmex.

Import products

The product importer creates WooCommerce products from Collmex data and updates products that already exist.

Automatic product import

Automatic imports keep prices and product details aligned with Collmex and add new products without a manual import.

Export products

Products you create or update in WooCommerce are transferred to Collmex automatically.

Create deliveries

WooMex automatically creates the corresponding deliveries in Collmex for transferred sales orders.

Stock management

WooMex synchronizes stock and batches with Collmex and also accounts for external withdrawals such as eBay sales.

Restock after cancellation

When an order is canceled, WooMex automatically returns the previously withdrawn quantities to Collmex stock.

Update customer data

Changes to customer details in WooCommerce are transferred to Collmex automatically, whether made by the customer or your staff.

Import customers

The customer importer uses Collmex records to create, update or delete the corresponding WooCommerce accounts.

Synchronize customers

Imported customer data can be synchronized with Collmex automatically once or several times a day.

Import coupons

The coupon importer brings vouchers from Collmex into WooCommerce and creates, updates or removes the corresponding coupons.

Central dashboard

The dashboard brings together the system status and reports on transferred orders and automatic product imports.

01What does WooMex require?

WooMex runs in a WordPress shop with WooCommerce and uses the official Collmex API. The full feature set requires Collmex Pro with active API access. The listed compatible shop extensions are optional.

02Can WooMex import existing products, customers and coupons?

Yes. The respective importers can create or update WooCommerce products, customers and coupons using data from Collmex. Products and imported customers can also be synchronized automatically.

03Which transfers run automatically?

Orders, payment confirmations and changes to products or customer details can be transferred in response to events. Products and imported customers can be synchronized on a schedule. Manual imports also remain available.

04Is WooMex suitable for larger product catalogues?

The product importer is also optimized for large shops. Settings should be checked during setup to suit your data volume and hosting environment.

05How do I receive the product, and is setup included?

After payment is confirmed, the product is available digitally in your customer account. Included support covers questions about installation and use. Setup by our team and custom modifications are agreed separately if needed.

06Can I cancel and keep using the product afterward?

You can cancel the annual license at the end of the agreed term. When it expires, the right of use granted under the paid product license ends. You may no longer use the product under that license and will not receive further updates or support. Rights covering components provided under GPLv3 or another open-source license remain unaffected.

07What conditions apply to the money-back guarantee?

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the paid product. Please explain your reasons for requesting a refund in detail. It is not an offer to use the product solely on a temporary basis. You can find the full conditions in section 7 of our terms and conditions.
